Colon cleanse lax forte from ESI is a food supplement made from a mixture of plants pulverized and pressed into tablets, indicated for the good health of the colon. Properties of its active compounds: Cascara Sagrada: The hydroxyanthracene heterosides cause an increase in intestinal peristalsis and the secretion of water and electrolytes into the intestinal lumen, with the consequent laxative effect. Frangula: Hydroxyanthracenic heterosides cause an increase in intestinal peristalsis and the secretion of water and electrolytes into the intestinal lumen, with the consequent laxative effect. Sen: Hydroxyanthracenic heterosides cause an increase in intestinal peristalsis and the secretion of water and electrolytes into the intestinal lumen, with the consequent laxative effect. Malva: Due to its mucilage content, the flower and the leaf have demulcent properties, with a local anti-inflammatory effect, exerting a protective effect on the mucosa. In addition, it favors intestinal regularity as a contribution of soluble fiber. Fennel: Promotes digestion, helps relieve gas and mild intestinal spasms by relaxing the smooth muscles of the intestine. Rhubarb: Hydroxyanthracenic heterosides cause an increase in intestinal peristalsis and secretion of water and electrolytes into the intestinal lumen, with the consequent laxative effect. Mild intestinal spasms by relaxing the smooth muscle of the intestine. Mint: Relieves symptoms of dyspepsia such as colic-type pain, favors the elimination of gases and increases the production of bile. Dandelion: Promotes the production and flow of bile to the intestine. Cinnamon: Promotes digestion and the elimination of gases and relaxes the smooth muscle of the intestine, thus relieving colic-type discomfort. Melissa: Useful for digestive disorders such as spasms.
