They are from old vineyards, some of them almost hundred years old, located mainly in the Segovia area, where they have set up their new winery. In this area the vineyards are small, the majority between 1 and 3 hectares and the Verdejo grape is grown exclusively. The age of the vineyards makes their grapes contribute to the winesa great complexity of aromas and good structure.ELABORATION:This wine is made with grapes from old vineyards, from the Segovian towns of Moraleja, Aldeanueva, Quail and Santiuste, harvested by hand, at their optimum point of maturation. A slight cold maceration makes the flower must soak in all the varietal aromas. Fermented at a low temperature (12 ºC), the wine finally rests on its fine lees, to achieve the unctuousness on the palate that characterizes it.Straw yellow, pale, very bright. On the nose it displays aromas of exotic fruits, white flowers and varietal aromas.
